The Macro Profile Is the Point

Using It

Add one heaped scoop (approx. 25g) to 300ml of cold water. Shake and drink. 1–2 serves daily — post-workout, mid-morning, or any time you want protein without the calories. Also works in smoothies (the Pineapple in particular) and in baking.

Avoiding Clumps — Important

Put the scoop into your shaker first, then add the water. This product is over 90% pure protein with almost no fat or sugar to help it disperse, so surface area matters: one scoop into 250–300ml, in a shaker with room to move. Don't put two scoops into 500ml — the surface area at the top of the shaker can't disperse it fast enough and it clumps. If you mix it and let it sit for a few minutes before shaking again, it takes on a slightly thicker, more gel-like texture that some people prefer.
