New Zealand Orders & Delivery

All orders within New Zealand are delivered for free.

Track your order all the way from Auckland to your door with the unique tracking number in your order dispatched email.

Our couriers may require someone to sign for your order unless you have agreed otherwise, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one there, the courier will leave a calling card or will attempt to deliver it again. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box. 

Delivery time estimates:

• North Island | 1 or 2 working days
• South Island | next working day
• Please allow extra time for Rural Delivery.

If you don’t receive your parcel within this timeframe, please contact us promptly so that we can enquire with the couriers.
