Why Four Forms and Not One?

Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body — it's involved in muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve function, electrolyte balance, energy production (ATP synthesis), sleep regulation, blood sugar management and bone density. Different magnesium compounds have different bioavailability, different tissue distribution, and different clinical applications. How to Take It
