• Fibre (50% of the formula) — the single largest component by weight, split between two premium forms: Fibalance™ Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) and Acacia Fibre. Both are soluble fibres that feed beneficial gut bacteria (prebiotic function), support regularity, and are low FODMAP — meaning they're suitable for sensitive digestive systems that react to standard fibre sources.
• Prebiotics — the Polyphenol Blend — 13 plant-derived ingredients including Actazin® NZ green kiwi, apple fibre, nutmeg, broccoli, cranberry, ginger, black cherry, pomegranate peel, rosemary, Schisandra berry, cinnamon, acai and cabbage. How to Take It
