Shipping and Delivery

Do I have to pay for Shipping?
All orders within New Zealand are delivered for free, via Post Haste Couriers.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch your orders every weekday (except Public Holidays) from our Christchurch warehouse. Orders need to be in by 2pm to go out on the same day.

You should receive your order in 2 working days, if it's not there please contact us and we'll follow up with Post Haste. Rural delivery will add 2-3 days to the timeframe.

How can I track my parcel?
You'll receive an email with tracking info once your parcel's been picked up from us. If you're concerned about how long it's taking, or it shows as delivered but you don't have it, please contact us and we'll follow up with Post Haste.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Post Haste Couriers cannot deliver to a P.O Box. If you can't give us a street address, your order can be sent by NZ Post, but we can't guarantee a timeframe for your order.

Can I change the address on my order?
It's important to make sure that the address on your order is correct and current. Once you've placed the order, if your address needs to be corrected please call or text us on 021 922 215.

Can you send orders to other countries?
Yes, we send orders to Australia and can send to some other countries as well. Please contact us for further info.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the damaged items and send to us. We'll also ask you to keep the damaged items and the courier satchel they came in until Post Haste pick these up. In the meantime we'll send you a replacement.

How do I know it's safe to place an order?
We've been operating in New Zealand for over 10 years. Our new website complies with both New Zealand and international best practice, privacy and security guidelines. All customer information is intended for internal use only and will not be disclosed to any third party or organisation. All our payment options are secure and we don't keep your credit card details.

What payment options do you offer?
Eat Me Supplements offer a variety of payment methods:

Paypal
Hit the button and you are redirected to the secure PayPal website to use your PayPal account or credit card to pay for your order. With real-time payment processing, your funds are transferred to our account and your order is shipped immediately.

Credit Card
Our credit card gateway is provided by Windcave PxPay, which ensures security of your data. We don't see or keep your credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

Laybuy
Pay it easy, in 6 weekly payments with Laybuy. Simply select Laybuy at checkout and spread the cost of your order over 6 weeks. Payments will be taken automatically on the day of your choosing.

Bank Transfer
You can pay by internet banking or bank deposit. Please use your order number as your reference so we can match your payment to your order. Your order is shipped when your payment clears in our account.

Reward Points
Create an account with Eat Me Supplements and get 10% of each order back as reward points. When you place your next order, you can select to use some or all of your reward points to reduce the cost of your purchase.  

Your Eat Me Account

Do I need to create an account to shop with Eat Me Supplements?
No, you can buy without logging in, however setting up an account will give you 10% back on every order.

Why should I create an account with you?
We believe we offer the best Reward Programme in New Zealand! For every $10 you spend, you get $1 in Reward Points. These can be spent towards buying anything on our website. Plus you get a monthly email with specials deals for account holders, tips and inspo!

How do I earn reward points?
Just create an account with us and you can earn reward points in all of these ways:
 

Earn 10% loyalty credit
Create an account with Eat Me Supplements and earn 10% of the value of your order each time you log in! Points are credited as soon as your order ships and you have 6 months to spend them.

Earn 250 points for product reviews
Look out for the text that says 'Add Your Review' or 'Be the first to review this product' and click to start writing. Points will be credited to your account once your review is approved.

Earn 1,000 points when you refer a new customer
For every new customer that you recommend to Eat Me Supplements from My Account > My Referrals, you earn $10 (1,000 points) when they spend more than $50 on their first order. When you register, you automatically get a unique referral code linked to your email address. 

Go to My Account > My Referrals to quickly send an email introducing Eat Me Supplements to everyone you know.  That email automatically includes your unique code. When your mates register on the Eat Me Store, they need to enter your email address so you get your 1,000 point bonus.

Earn 500 points on your birthday
We'll celebrate your birthday at the Eat Me office by topping up your account with 500 points! Fill out your date of birth in your account and you'll get an email from us to let you know you've been rewarded for keeping out of trouble all year.

Earn 200 points when you like our Facebook page
Log in and click the Facebook Share button, and earn 200 points. It's that's easy! You can also earn points by sharing the products you like with friends, on Facebook and Twitter.

How do I spend my reward points?
You have 6 months to spend your points. You can spend all or some of them on any order, and if you have enough points you can use them to pay for the whole of your order!

What if I forgot my password?
Just click on 'Forgot My Password' link in the Login area and enter your email. If you don't receive a reset link within 10 minutes, please contact us and we'll fix it for you.

What are the terms and conditions of your rewards programme?

  • Your points expire 6 months after you earned them.
  • Store them up for one big purchase, or use a small amount regularly.
  • There is no limit, the more you spend and recommend, the more you collect.
  • Points must be used at checkout only and cannot be used retrospectively or on phone orders.
  • You cannot recommend someone living in the same house unfortunately.
  • Only one account can be created per customer and any abuse of this is strictly against our rules.
  • We have the right to remove any points at any time.
  • Our customer tracking software identifies fraudulent use of the programme will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points

How do I unsubscribe from your promotional emails?
To unsubscribe from our promotional emails, open any promotional email sent to you from Eat Me Supplements, scroll to the bottom of the email, and click 'Unsubscribe'.

If you continue to receive emails after this, just contact us and we'll take you off the mailing list.

Returns

What if I received the wrong product?
Please send us a photo of what you received and your order number and we'll get onto it right away. Exchanges can be done very quickly and free of charge when we've made a mistake. You can email us or send photos by text to 021922215.

What if I don't like the product I received?
Regardless of where you buy Eat Me Supplements products, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us to arrange the return of your unopened products for a full refund, credit or exchange. If you've already opened your product and are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us and we'll come up with a solution to your concerns. Our main priority is that you're happy with our service and our products!

Regardless of where you buy Eat Me Supplements, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us to arrange the return of your unopened products for a full refund, credit or exchange. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Guaranteed Delivery

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order. Order should arrive within 2 working days within New Zealand (please add 2-3 days for rural delivery). Please get in touch with us if it's taking longer.

Expired Goods Policy

Expiry dates vary between products. As a guide, whey protein powder has a best before date of 24 months from the date of manufacture. We do not dispatch products that are expired or close to their expiry date. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order in this respect. 

Privacy and Security

The Eat Me Store offers a fast, secure and safe online shopping environment. We do not collect or store your credit card details. All credit card payments are processed by third party PCI compliant providers. 

The privacy of our visitors is extremely important to us. Our privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information received and collected by Eat Me Supplements and how it is used:

Log Files: Like many other Web sites, the Eat Me Store makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes the following: internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser used, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date or time stamp, referring/exit pages as well, and the number of clicks to analyze trends. We also administer the site as well as track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. No personally identifiable data is collected as IP addresses and other such information does not require any personally identifiable information.

Cookies and Web Beacons: Eat Me Supplements makes use of cookies to store data about the visitors’ preferences as well as record user-specific information on pages the user access or visits and customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends through their browser.
