Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

 Ingredients:

  • 350ml of water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serve (30 grams) of Eat Me Supplements Vanilla flavoured 100% Whey Protein
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds


Directions:

  • Place ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
