Product Description

What is Eat Me Supplements Beta Alanine?
Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that helps produce carnosine, which reduces acid levels in our muscles during exercise. This may improve endurance and increase overall time to exhaustion when exercising.

Who is Eat Me Supplements Beta Alanine for?
Here are some groups of people who may benefit from Beta Alanine:
Want to train harder? Consuming Beta Alanine may reduce pain from exercise, promote endurance and increase time to exhaustion.
Develop lean muscle? Some evidence shows that Beta Alanine helps increase lean muscle mass.
Older adults? Carnosine has been shown to improve muscle function in older adults, as well as having anti-oxidant and immune-enhancing properties.
Vegetarian or Vegan? The main sources of Beta Alanine are meat, poultry and fish, so vegetarians and vegans tend to have a lot less of it and may benefit from supplementation.

Suggested Use

Generally, beta-alanine is considered to be a safe and effective supplement to boost exercise performance. The recommended dose of Beta Alanine is 2–5 grams daily.

Although excessive amounts may cause tingling in the arms, ears and face, there is no evidence that it's harmful in any way. If you dislike the sensation, taking smaller servings spaced throughout the day may help.

Add one serve (1/2 teaspoon) to a cold drink or your protein shake. Use up to 2-3 serves daily, spaced evenly through the day with one serve before training.

DIY pre workout combo
Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, AAKG and Creatine all work together to increase lean body mass and reduce body fat by increasing training intensity and volume. Add caffeine and these five ingredients are the backbone of almost every successful pre workout supplement.

Add one serve of Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Creapure® Creatine and one serve of AAKG to 250ml of cold water, shake and consume with one Eat Me Supplements Thermo Caffeine capsule 30-45 minutes before exercise. Adjust your individual ingredient dose to suit your body weight and your goals.

Side effects and warnings:
Beta Alanine is generally considered safe to take for healthy adults. The main side effect is skin tingles, and Beta Alanine may also cause a decrease in taurine. Always check with your GP or another health practitioner when changing your diet or taking a new supplement.
