My main goal to gain muscle is because i have a long term knee injury, and ive been told that bulking up my thigh is the best way to go. I have to admit to being skeptical, but id do just about anything as my knee was really effecting my ability to just play with my kids.Effectiveness Value
I started taking these and hitting the gym pretty hard. I can now out bench the press machine at the gym (the machine, not free weights, as i have no spotter). As for my knee, I've gone up about 50% in weight on the leg extension, and this year I've coached my daughters soccer team and experienced no knee pain what so ever. Its honestly been fantastic, I couldn't have dreamed up this result.

This is the main ingredient in most pre-work outs and for good reason! The thing is that there are so many proprietary blends that you are getting such a small dose from these pre mixed formulae. You are so much better off knowing and being able to control exactly how much you are putting into your body so you can get the best pump and best workout possible! Gives you a solid pump, definitely gets the veins showing a bit more during workouts and out of workout time! would take 1 serve before workout and one before bedtime, would always have a goodnight sleep and the girlfriend saw the improvement. After reading the reviews I thought I would give this a try. I do bodybuilding and the only time I have veins sticking out in my arms is when I'm pre-comp usually 4 weeks before competing, well I tell you have have veins sticking out in my arms 8weeks out from my comp!
