I have been a frequent customer for a couple years now, I have tried several other Protein Powders from various brands, however.. No other compares! Other powders seem to have that gritty type texture, however all the EatMe Lean shake flavours are smooth consistency, they mix really well with either water (as i have it) or milk and also taste good, retaining full flavour when stacked with other supplements. The shake not only keeps me full but helps reduces my desire to snack, and adds to my daily protein intake requirements.Effectiveness Value
