I ordered chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. This stuff legit tastes Nesquick. Mixes well, I have never had a lump and I only mix with a whisk. Great stats, low carb, low fat. With my normal diet, plus this for breakfast I hit my macros easily.Effectiveness Value
I usually have this with a cup of trim milk, a cup of water and a handful of icecubes. In a pinch when I had no milk I made it with just water, still good.
