Protein is good for recovery and muscle building. The one included in this pack tastes amazing and mixes easily - banana is a personal favourite.

Have tried the ripper before and love it as pre workout. This is the first protein lv brought and am so so happy with it! I brought vanilla and it literally tastes like vanilla milkshake. Really enjoyed the flavour for The Ripper - pink mango. It helped me out a lot in the mornings for that extra burst of energy and push. Also liked the chocolate whey protein shake.
