Wow - i've never dabbled in creatine before and wasn't sure what to expect. But, got great gains, and felt stronger than ever in the gym. Love how natural this product is. I add it to my post workout protein shakes. Doesn't have a flavour though, so would also just mix it in some water and smash it back! I have been using Eat me micronised creatine since February .I have noticed it helps me recovery very quickly from my sessions in the gym.It has to be one of the best creatines that I have used.Unlike compare to other types of creatines that I have used in the past.Which have made my mouth feel dry and thirsty all the time.Compare to this creatine made by eat me no problems plus it mixes easy in a glass or a shaker.Overall I would give it ten out of ten. Been using for about 3 weeks now. Really helping with recovery it seems, not as sore after heavy workouts. Taking in combination with the nz whey protein. Eat Me Supplements Creatine is the Cheapest you will find in NZ. I shopped around at least 10 different retail and online stores and found no one with such a great price!
