Details
Citrulline Malate boosts your energy, endurance and strength.
That's exactly what you need when you're pushing it to the limit, day in and day out. You want a power-house supplement that's going to maintain your intensity from start to finish and help muscle recovery.
Citrulline Malate is made from the non-essential amino acid l-citrulline and malic acid. It’s important in the production of arginine which relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow and increases production of nitric oxide in the blood. Citrulline Malate also improves muscular endurance and recovery by helping remove ammonia and painful lactic acid from muscles during exercise.
Whether your goal is to burn fat, build muscle, increase your endurance, or improve your sports performance; with Citrulline Malate you’ll workout harder, longer, with less fatigue, and make faster progress.
Tips
You’ll find Citrulline Malate in small quantities in almost every pre workout supplement. Sometimes you even wished there was more. That’s where Eat Me Supplements Citrulline Malate comes in. You can add Citrulline Malate to other supplements like BCAA powder, pre workout supplements and post workout recovery blends. You can also take Citrulline Malate by itself for an effective non-stimulant pre-workout enhancer that won't keep you awake all night.
Directions
For maximum workout performance, mix 1 to 3 level teaspoons (3 to 9 grams) into your favourite beverage and drink 20-30 minutes pre workout on an empty stomach.
For muscle recovery, mix 1 level teaspoon (3 grams) into your favourite beverage and drink upon awaking on an empty stomach, take another dose pre workout, and one dose prior to bedtime.
The stack
Citrulline Malate on its own is very effective but when adding it to a combination of supplements can create a synergistic effect that boosts endurance and muscle growth more than any single supplement. Citrulline Malate stacks extremely well with Creapure Creatine Monohydrate, AAKG, Beta Alanine, Caffeine and Carnitine.

Really good for blood flow. Veins popping when lifting. I also generally feel more relaxed, likely because I take first thing in the morning and again in the early evening. Takes about an hour to kick in so plan ahead (Posted on 9/12/2020)Effectiveness Value - I Review by Oscar

I have used most pump products and NO supplements but I have never experienced so much muscle pump when working out, never seen so many veins I never new I had, or had so much endurance for doing cardio as I have with the Eat Me Citrulline Malate. I totally recommend this product. I’m mixing this with the Eat Me pure L-Arginine and doing the three dose each day routine from Muscle and Fitness. IMO pure citrulline is a much better nitric oxide than other forms. Strength increased and really big pumps, especially with legs and shoulders and chest. It’s unflavoured so I mix this with The Curse pre workout and it worked like crazy right from the first time. (Posted on 7/04/2012)Effectiveness Value
