Directions
Pour in your milk, water or juice and check the quantity using the handy measuring scale etched into the side of the bottle. Add your powders, screw on the lid and shake. 5-6 shakes usually makes perfect, clump free drinks.

This shaker is the best because we all love Eat Me Supplements, so much that I want to strut to the gym with my shaker to show everyone where I get my awesome supplements from. People always ask me how I am so big, what do I take. I guess for the shyer people they can just observe my shaker, then they know where to shop, haha.

The lid seals tight which allows for a GOOD shake without leakage and the metal ball leaves no clumps and lumps.
