Regardless of where you buy Eat Me Supplements, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us to arrange the return of your unopened products for a full refund, credit or exchange. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  

Guaranteed delivery

If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace or refund your order.  Should you need to make a claim for goods damaged in transit, email Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of your order or call 0800 2 EATME or text or phone 021 922215.  On return of your damaged goods, we will either replace the goods in question or refund your account in full. 

Expired goods policy

Expiry dates vary between products. As a guide, whey protein powder has a best before date of 24 months from the date of manufacture. We do not dispatch products that are expired or close to their expiry date. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order in this respect.
