I'm not a big coffee drinker so these really set me off. I find this one works well for slimming down the fat on my hips and butt when I start a week out from when I need to look in more shape than I am normally. I once used them twice a day, everyday for four weeks and everyone could see I'd dropped my weight a lot. That felt good!
