Really helps, and stops my appetite!!! As soon as the kids were in bed, I used to snack and nibble for hours till I went to bed - NO MORE!!! No urge to eat anything that late at night at all!! I spoon some into a tumbler, mix it with a spoon and chug it down. And make a face like I just sucked a lemon because its lip smacking yummy sour!!! (Posted on 19/12/10)Effectiveness Value
