Directions

Pour desired amount of milk, water or juice using the measuring scale etched into the side of the bottle. Add powder then shake. Approximately 5-6 shakes usually makes perfect, clump free drinks.

Failure to alternate hands while using your shaker may result in one normal sized arm, and the development of one huge, muscular arm.
