Directions
Each pack contains 6 bloks and the suggested usage is to eat 3 bloks (1 serving) every hour during exercise. The Orange flavour is caffeinated providing 25mg of caffeine per serving. Eat 15-30 minutes prior to activity to increase blood sugar levels, and then every 20-30 minutes during activity to maintain energy levels. These chews will affect your blood sugar levels more slowly than gel since they are semi-solid.

I use Cliff Shots regularly on long training rides and on training runs. They are easy to chew on while running which is important for me and don't give me cramps.
