Directions
Shake, blend or stir 30 grams of protein powder (3 heaped desert spoons) with 150-250ml of milk or water until mixed and drink. Suitable to use 2-3 times daily. This protein is awesome! I have spent so long trying to find a protein powder that doesn't make me gag and doesn't make me sick. I'm lactose intolerant so 99% of things like this make me very ill, however Eat Me Isolate is absolutely delicious and so low in lactose that I have not been ill at all!!! I use Isolate everyday. I swim in the morning and while driving to work consume 3 pieces of toast then on arrival at work have an Isolate shake. This is a quick and easy way to add protein to my Diet.Value Effectiveness
If i ride or run after work, a shake is a good way to get additional protein post exercise and prepare my stomach for Dinner - stops me eating too much..

Thanks for the free samples which enabled me to choose the Isolates I liked ....chocolate and banana. After surgery I used natural which I mixed in all foods for a protien boost. I've tried a number of different protein proucts and Eat Me's is definately the best tasting and keeps you full longer. Thanks to them sending the free samples I was able to try and now buy other flavours I normally wouldn't of! All 4 flavours are great. 1st time I bought Banana and now I've bought strawberry too so I can alternate - its awesome! I used to always just have plain Vanilla and add yogart or something to it to make it taste better as didn't want to spend the money on another flavour I mght not like. The whey isolate and other products are cheap, of irreproachable quality, good packaging and also convenient. I was genuinely surprised at how soluble each of the different flavors are in water only, no need for a blender! Good for people on the go like me to carry in a shaker :)
Vanilla is my favorite flavor and the natural one is great for adding to your healthy weekend shakes.
Prompt and adequate email replies and good supporting information provide a lot of reassurance and shows professionalism from these guys and did I mention very very fast delivery? Yeah, you can actually order 3 days before you run out and I live in aux..

I have 1kg each of strawberry, chocolate and natural... Have fallen in love with strawberry..Had to alternate 1 scoop natural, 1 scoop strawberry to make it last....
