Directions
Shake, blend or stir 30 grams of Eat Me protein powder (3 heaped desert spoons) with 150-250ml of milk or water until mixed and drink. Suitable to use 2-3 times daily. High protein diets increase your body’s need for water, be sure to increase your daily water intake. Your body doesn’t store protein and recovers and grows while you rest after exercise. So remember, six small meals every day, and each meal with protein. That routine will ensure your muscles have the regular supply of protein required for growth.

Firstly I was impressed by the no nonsense easy to use website with plain english. The Body building websites have huge protein ads promising bulging mussels using the most complicated jargon that only scientists understand.Effectiveness Value
So I ordered 2 packs of 100% Whey. Great price and discounts for purchasing more than one. I ordered a Cheeky Chocolate and Banana Bliss. I am yet to try the Banana but I am working my way through the Chocolate. Its the smoothest shake I have ever come across, and very tasty. I am looking forward to opening the Banana too.
The service was very good, I text a couple of queries, and received a reply text within half an hour. After making the order, the box arrived within 48 hours. (actually about 46 hours)

Had a gastric bypass in Feb. 2011. Started by using free samples then ordered the 4 flavours in 1 Kg packs. Love all the flavours but have really fallen for Banana Bliss. It's delicious!! Have recommended these products to other bypass patients and also to a friend who needed to put on weight, she was delighted with the results. Thanks for a great tasting, easy to mix product. Whilst reviewing protein shakes online I stumbled across a body building forum where members were discussing the best place to purchase protein shakes. Eat Me was at the top of the list so I checked them out. The free samples made it really easy to give it a go. I tried isolate at first, then whey (which was cheaper and closer to the horleys sculpt I was already using). I was BLOWN AWAY with the taste and quality of the product. It mixed really well, was frothy and thick yummy to drink without being gainey or gritty like some shakes.Effectiveness Value
The STRAWBERRY is my fav! and i'm a big choc fan but strawberry reminded me of my kids nestle quik drink, it was amazing.
After the samples I knew I was going to purchase 100% whey, buying in bulk made it cheaper and gave me flavours so I wouldn't get bored. It arrived today and myself and my two kids have already had a shake each. I have a growing teenager who I think will benefit from the additional protein so have blended his with full fat milk and fruit/yoghurt. For me following a low carb diet half low fat milk and water and blend. Yum Yum. Its great. Will definitly be buying from EATME from now on.

First off you will not get a better deal anywhere in NZ than at Eatme.Effectiveness Value
I've tried other (overpriced) supplements such as Horleys and Balance which are just as good as Eatme.
I started using Eatme 100% Whey about 10 months ago and have gained almost 12kg.
The reason why I choose Eatme is not only the low prices, but the great taste, fast delivery (within 48 hours) and great results.
As a student, it is difficult to get good proteins into your diet as lean chicken and other meats can get very expensive very fast.
Eatme is a great way to get good proteins at an affordable price.
I usually buy 100% Whey in 4kg lots at $140. This works out at $35 a kilo--you will not get a better deal anywhere else!!
I work out 4 times a week and take 2 shakes a day (3 scoops).
This lasts me about 3~4 months.

I used Sexy Strawberry when living in NZ, after experimenting with numerous brands of protein. I hated the slushy, paper mache taste of all of them, until I found Eat Me. As a triathlete and personal trainer, I know the benefits of protein as part of a balanced diet, to assist with weight loss, and to assist with recovery after hard training sessions and races. It is cleaner and better tasting than anything I can get in Australia, and my body loves it.
The protein mixes easy, and tastes like a strawberry milkshake. It's really easy to drink and is just delicious.

Not only does it taste great (especially the sexy strawberry) but the service is second to none. If you are looking for a good quality, great tasting and affordable protein without the gimmicks then look no further.
I have personally used Eat Me Whey protein for mass stages, as well as when leaning down for summer. Because of its low carbohydrate content it's great for both, as you can add the carbs where necessary.
Plus with branding like 'sexy strawberry' and 'voracious vanilla' how can you go wrong?
A great product, which I intend to continue using and recomending.

The Otago Nuggets Basketball Team have been using this product in combination with other Eat Me products (Eat Me Creapure® Creatine, L-Glutamine, Beta Alanine) over our off-season/pre-season and have been having great results. A big emphasis of our training was to increase size and strength and this product has helped us in achieving these goals. Player's strength has increased dramatically and lean body mass is also up. Hi guys, i recently competed in my first bodybuilding competition and was over whelmed with the talk of EAT ME whey protein so i had to see for myself.Effectiveness Value
The protein firstly mixed easily and tasted great which is always a bonus and makes taking huge amounts of protein so much easier.
The protein helped keep the lean mass i had gained over the year as i dieted down to competition weight which is all you are looking for as a competitive bodybuilder.
Also as i added to the protein other ingredients such as creatine and BCAA this did not affect the protein or how it mixed.
